I’ve looked into a wide variety of traditions since beginning to practice magic. One I’ve always been repelled by is Witchcraft. In high school I carried Bucklands Complete Book of Witchcraft around with me to rebel against the Christians and it was fun to thumb through but I never felt a connection to it. Since beginning my practice I’ve read quite a bit of Penczak’s work on the subject and still don’t feel a strong tug in that direction.
I’m not opposed to it, Wicca just isn’t my thing. I still have respect for wiccan authors and have them in my library. I can still learn from them. We simply don’t share the same religion nor the same worldview. Which is okay. Just thought I would mention early on, especially for the #witchtok crowd that that isn’t my jam.
